I don’t know if I can say enough about Marin Technologies. I have known Steve Marin for 8 years. He was working for another company at the time but still made us feel like his only client. He even recommended a person to be our in house I.T. manager. The relationship continued as an additional source for our I.T. issues. When our I.T. manager left the company, Marin Technologies had been established. It was an easy decision to make the transition. Our I.T. costs dropped immensely and our Productivity both in system stability and employee output soared. Recently Marin Technologies has absorbed other I.T. responsibilities that we paid 3rd party vendors for. Again our costs have been slashed. The ability to remote into our systems to keep them updated and to do quick fixes has been invaluable. Gone are the days of an employee having to wait until I.T. can schedule time to address the problem. The onsite service is professional, friendly and efficient. I always enjoy the days when Marin Technologies comes to the office. I learn about what is being done in a quick and concise way. The suggestions for software and hardware are reasonable. Marin Technologies has found solutions to hardware issues with an employee’s laptop working remotely in Texas. Within 48 hours their laptop was up and running where we would have had to send it out for 3-4 weeks. Marin Technologies recognizes that as business owners we are focused on what gets the job done, not what is new and flashy. As a former Manager in the Video Game Industry I know Marin Technologies has my company’s interest in mind in all decisionsThe bottom line is Marin Technologies has saved me time and money.
